Yes. The Dell Latitude 7275 and ASUS ProArt Station PA90 are confirmed to be incompatible with the Plugable Thunderbolt 3 NVMe SSD.
Why Might Compatibility Vary Between Thunderbolt 3 Systems?
The Plugable Thunderbolt 3 NVMe SSD requires a Thunderbolt 3 connection and is not compatible with standard USB-C ports that do not support Thunderbolt.
On Windows systems, we also recommend keeping the computer's Thunderbolt and BIOS firmware up to date. Outdated system firmware can affect compatibility with Thunderbolt devices.
The following host systems are specifically known to be incompatible:
- Dell Latitude 7275
- ASUS ProArt Station PA90
Other Thunderbolt 3 systems are not known to have the same confirmed incompatibility, but compatibility can still depend on the host computer's Thunderbolt implementation and firmware.
Applicable To
- TBT3-NVME480, TBT3-NVME512, TBT3-NVME1TB, TBT3-NVME2TB
